What is the GO Conference?

The GO Conference is not your typical conference. Instead of only sitting and listening, you'll have the chance to GO out and do ministry together. Friday night will be a time of worship and learning. Then Saturday morning you'll get to spend time learning about your particular ministry site and about sharing the Gospel relationally. After lunch, your group will have the opportunity to GO, serve, and share what you've learned. Hopefully you'll leave with ideas of how to recreate GO at your church.

What are the different sites we can serve at?

Prayer walking, volunteering at Jubilee Market (sex trafficking victims, cleaning, organizing store), homeless ministry, passing out water bottles and praying for MUSC campus, Apartment Carnival, Collegiate Ministry

Who can participate?

The GO Conference is open to ladies 9th grade through aged 199!

What is the cost?

Regular Registration :: $20  

Student Discount :: Students 9th grade through college pay only $10/each

 Registration Deadline :: September 1, 2016

Registration includes a free t-shirt and lunch on Saturday

Friday

6:30pm         Worship and Speaker
8pm              Coffee and Dessert

Saturday

8am              Light Breakfast available
9am              Worship and Devotion
10am            Site Training
11:30am       Lunch (Provided)
12pm            Leave for sites
4pm              Return from sites/Closing Service
4:30pm         End

Sunday

11am Optional: Attend worship service at host church

Will our group serve together?

It depends. Travel to each site will happen in the vehicles that you came in. So, if your group brings one vehicle, then you should all choose the same site so that you can travel together. But if your group brings 2 vehicles, then you can choose 2 different sites since you'll be able to travel separately.
